Look like this, when otherwise packed with people. Yes, Sweden is in lock-down too during this COVID-19, even when others say we’re not. It’s more about following guidelines instead of being forced. It’s your own choice, so I think people are more compliant.

Iwas actually working on the deck. We replaced the main part, so there is some new wood. Then this year I started on putting the glass back in place. And this is the result so far. Next step is the make the grass connect to the deck a bit nicer with a stone or so.

Now afterwards I see I should have taken the whole stethoscope in view. But I’ll leave it up here anyway, just as a reminder. One weekend you are out riding bikes with friends and the next you’re in a hospital.

A total make-over from what it was when we bought the house. I should actually try to find one to compare.

But half a deck to fill the other half with gravel and have a trampoline. When the kids are bored of it in a couple of years (or months), we’ll have to figure out what to do with it. My idea is to build a fire pit, so we can sit there in the evenings and have a drink or so. But there is some convincing to do first.

PS: Yip, I am standing in another neighbors garden again.

This is what it looks like now. The idea is to maybe replace the windows on the right this summer. 3 Windows and a door it will be. Probably a door that has glass all the way down to the floor. We’ll see. If the COVID-19 is still around and keeping us in Sweden, then this will be an option. Otherwise we might jump in the car and do some road tripping.

We are driving a Volvo these days.Volvo for life, they say. And honestly, this is actually the best car I can image. It just ticks all the boxes for me on what a car is supposed to be like.

But…. we are only 2 months in. So we’ll see what it’s like in a year or so.

Easter Sunday. Trainng game during the COVID-19 pandemic. Is ok in Sweden according the different sports organisations.

And yes, the weather was totally the opposite from Saturday’s. But it will be sunny again soon they say.

A long Easter weekend and the sun is out, so we decided to rent a container and have a go at the dirt mountain in the front of the garden. We filled the whole thing (about 7m3) and moved just over half of what we have. so I guess next Friday, there will be an empty container again on the drive way.

Looks like this these days. Haven’t seen the other one in 5 weeks now, I think. Already loosing count.

But we keep in touch every morning with Teams, a microphone and a webcam. Not really the same and longing actually to meet the collegues. But it keeps us safe and hopefully we will get rid of this virus sooner.
