The first day since Saturday that we left the house. It was about time. Yesterday was not a good day. Arguing too much with the kids, really bad pain in my spine, … But today is like a 180° turn from yesterday. I took the kids out and was gone for almost 6 hours, without a single fight. Yes, I know. Milla is only 5, so I wonder how she will be when she is 15….

Anyhow, we’ll continue with this leaving-the-house thing tomorrow.

Zeb turned 3 last Sunday. I hope I will take some more time to slow down and enjoy the kids and life in general a bit more. It’s gonna be Milla’s last year before she starts school and thus the last year to take some time off with both the kids to do some fun stuff…

I was at home yesterday with the kids. Daycare was closed due to a study day. And talking with colleagues and friends, it seemed like all daycares in the whole city were closed. Meaning that the neighbors’ kids were around as well. So after we did some errands in the morning, Milla asked if we could go home so she could go to one of her friends.

It’s good, very good actually that she has kids to play with. But strange to not have her around all the time. She is growing up…. and fast…

Both of them have a fever now. Milla got it worse than Zeb. But still…. no movement. It will be one of the lying-on-the-sofa-in-front-of-the-TV days. As long as Zeb can at least, he is not one that can sit still for a long time.

Some early (for Zeb) and some late early (for Milla) presents. Milla knew was what in the box (she’d seen them when we were at my parents in August), and just wanted to rip it apart.
