Chaos in the hallway

The chaos from last weekend. The drawers from the closet were chafing the frame. Looking at it, I realized that we could move the whole frame about 3mm to the right, which would solve our problem. The only thing is that it was impossible to move the frame with everything in it. I ended up dismantling half of the frame to be able to move it. Hence …

Last view of town for 2019

One from the last day of the 2019. We decided to go into town to watch the fireworks, because we haven’t done that in a long time with the kids. And why not make it a whole afternoon and go to the movies before??? Otherwise I don’t think they would have wanted to go into town.

The surprise was waiting for the bus to get home with apparently half of the neighborhood. Luckily we have a daughter who is 13 and travels a lot by bus and had the perfect plan B route. Even better than the original!!!

A friday evening

What a Friday evening can look like. Waiting in the car for the oldest kid and her friends at Liseberg (amusement park in the city). When you are tired and just want to be in the sofa watching TV. But better get them safely home then sorry.

Enough iPhone already

Dusted off the Nikon D300 and realised that I missed it. Don’t get me wrong, a mobile with an OK camera is more mobile. But you can’t compare quality and range… Now I think there is some dirt on the lenses and what not. As I said, it has been collecting a lot of dust the last few years. Gonna have to get this sorted.

The reason for all this is that we are almost done with the new house after 2 years now, the kids are getting older, …. So there is a bit more time opening up again. And I always get back to photography and MTB for some reason. My MTB needs are already pleased ever day thanks to my commuting. So photography left. And like they say…

A picture says more than a thousand words.

Autumn Pokemon hunt

The kids are playing Pokemon Go again. Don’t ask me why, they all just started all of a sudden. So…. there came the question of going for a hunt in town. “Loads of pokemons out there, dad.”

Town can be beautiful when it looks like this. No funny smells like in summertime. No rain today, just the sun peaking out and about so you get that nice warm late summer feeling with all the golden leaves flying around.

The sun through the glass in the front door gives a rather nice result.
